Wright Talent Advisory exists because I kept seeing the same gap. Ambitious organizations investing heavily in HR technology, setting the strategy, bringing in the implementation partner - and then stalling when it came time to execute. The recruiting function wasn’t ready. The internal teams weren’t aligned. The technology wasn’t delivering what it promised and nobody owned the space between executive intent and team execution.
What I also kept seeing was what that cost the people doing the work.
Recruiters buried in a system they didn’t understand, expected to adopt technology nobody translated for them. HR leaders stretched thin. Technical jargon on one side, HR reality on the other - and the team caught in the middle was burning out before go-live even hits.
